Virtual Sound Healing Sessions
Michewa’s virtual sound healing sessions are gentle, one-to-one experiences held on Zoom—created for women who need to pause, exhale, and feel held, even from a distance.
Each session unfolds slowly and intuitively. We begin with a short, compassionate check-in to understand how your body, emotions, and energy are arriving that day. From there, you are guided into a deeply restorative journey of meditation, breath awareness, and live sound healing—attuned to what your system needs in that moment.
You’re invited to receive the session from the safety of your own space—seated or lying down, wrapped in comfort, without effort or expectation.
If you wish, your session can be recorded and shared as an audio or video, allowing you to return to the frequencies whenever your body seeks grounding, calm, or reassurance.

How It Works at Michewa
Michewa’s virtual sound healing sessions are held one-on-one via Zoom and guided with intention and care, creating a calm and supportive space—wherever you are.
Before your session, you’ll receive a secure Zoom link with simple, easy-to-follow joining instructions.
During the session:
• Professional audio equipment is used to deliver clear, immersive sound so the frequencies reach you with depth and steadiness
• My camera remains on, allowing you to feel connected and guided throughout. You’re welcome to keep your camera on or off—whatever feels safest and most comfortable for you
• Your microphone will remain muted for most of the session to minimize background noise and allow the sound to flow uninterrupted
We begin with a brief, compassionate check-in, followed by a gentle sound check to ensure the volume feels soothing and supportive to your body.
You’ll then be invited to settle into a comfortable resting position—lying down or seated—with pillows or blankets if that feels nurturing. Headphones or external speakers can enhance the experience, though they are entirely optional.

Using the gentle vibrations of Tibetan bowls and tuning forks, combined with guided meditation and breathwork, this Nada Nidra inspired session helps quiet the mind, ease tension, and guide your body effortlessly into rest—all from the comfort of your own space.
